At Roughrider we do not take the responsibility of breeding lightly.  We believe in perpetuating the breed by building upon  the best qualities of the breed.  Qualities of nose, desire, intensity on point, love of water, conformation, health and social nature are all considered equally important. We put great thought and consideration into every breeding.  

When you purchase a Roughrider pup you purchase our commitment to deliver to you a healthy puppy, to assist you in socializing and transitioning your pup into your home, and to providing training guidance and direction in the future.

We do not require but encourage owners to participate in the NAVHDA system.   Health guarantees are provided.
